ABOUT FORMULA STUDENT

Founded by The Society of Automotive Engineers in 1981, Formula Student is the world’s most established student engineering competition. Every year more than 600 teams from universities all over the world compete with their self-constructed cars. This provides a brilliant and unique platform for students to gain practical experience into engineering, develop skills in project management and work as a team. The winner is not necessarily the team with the fastest car, but the one with the best package regarding construction, performance, financial planning and presentation.
